Dear Sally, Richard, Howard and family,
Your mum was a wonderful godmother to me, always helping out at my childhood parties and sneaking me a present at Christmas. I will always remember her kindness and the constant twinkle of humour. I mentioned to Sally last week that it meant a lot that your mum would come and seek out me, May May and Angie normally in the kitchen on Boxing Day or during other events and I could tell she enjoyed being with us. May May held her in very high esteem as well.
I’m very sorry that I have not had a chance to see her in recent years but have so many fond memories. My thoughts and love are with you during this sad time, Lynda Armstrong (Grenfell) and family xx
