I can't praise Charles Stephens enough for arranging every aspect of my late mum's funeral. From initial contact to the funeral itself they made everything easy. There were extremely helpful, empathic, respectful and kind. They also provided gentle advice and answered all communications immediately and so alleviated any anxieties I had at such a sad and daunting time. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Our experience of Charles Stephens taking care of my dad when he passed was perfect in every way. Dad died in a care home at 11.30pm on a Friday. The out of hours collection went seamlessly and I received a polite and respectful phone call on Saturday morning informing me that dad was now in your care. On Monday morning I arranged a meeting for myself, my wife and my brother with Anna Campbell-Lea at your Bromborough office. Anna went through everything we needed to know in a friendly and efficient way. We went to see dad in your chapel of rest. Again, the staff there could not be faulted and dad looked smart and at peace. On the day of the funeral, the staff were polite, respectful and efficient and everything went smoothly. As I said, perfect in every way and I would recommend Charles Stephens to anyone when they are in the sad circumstances of needing the services that they offer.

Charles Stephens recently arranged our mother's funeral. The service from the manager, Kim, was professional, supportive, efficient and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Kim kept us fully informed throughout, gave advice where required and was in constant touch. This was very reassuring. We could not have asked for a better service. On the day, Tom and his colleagues, gave us a first class service. They were professional, helpful, respectful, unobtrusive and dignified. We could not have asked any more of the Charles Stephens team and we are very grateful to them.

From the outset, the sensitive and sympathetic quality of the advice we received was excellent. This continued throughout. We are particularly grateful to Diane who kept us fully informed and ensured that our wishes were fully met. On the day of the funeral, everything went smoothly and Tom and his colleagues lent an unobtrusive dignity to an occasion which, by its very nature, was both sad and stressful. On behalf of all David's family and friends, I should like to say "thank you" for making the whole process so much easier for us all.

Diane was so kind and caring and guided me through everything I needed to organise for the funeral. The service that was provided during the planning of the funeral and on the day of the funeral was exceptional and I can't thank them enough. Never had to organise a funeral before but Charles Stevens made the whole process so easy. Nothing was too much work and the plans we wanted put in place were followed with dignity and respect.
