We couldn't have asked for any more. I admit we (thankfully) have nothing to compare their service to, this was a complete unknown to us, but I would highly recommend Charles Stephens. Anna showed kindness, empathy & understanding throughout the whole process, always there for any questions we had and just to chat with when we went to visit Anne. Phil and his team, on the day of the funeral, were fantastic. Everything was calm, we were consulted about and advised of everything that was happening or going to happen during the morning of the funeral and we really can't thank you enough. You all made an awful time that bit better to deal with. Thank you.

Well where do I start I couldn’t recommend Charles Stephen’s enough especially Tom, phill and Yvonne there literally isn’t enough words on this planet to explain how much they have gone above and beyond for me, my family, and my mum they took really good care of her and absolutely smashed her send off it was absolutely unbelievable and the price for what we had for her was very reasonable and they really do talk to you and guide you through everything. I Have to give an extra shout out for Tom as he has been unbelievably amazing and did her so proud through the run up and on the day we laid her to rest and even gave me a little something at the end and they also added keepsakes when I picked her up too I honestly can’t recommend them enough they will definitely be seeing me again just hopefully not anytime soon!!! X
