Mark at the Neston branch organised my husbands funeral with such efficiency and professionalism and made the process so much easier to bear.Gavin who was the organiser on the day itself was so lovely and respectful . It was a very large funeral and he handled the whole event with compassion and empathy under what must have been very testing circumstances for him.Lastly we would like to thank Pippa at the chapel of rest who looked after Roy with such care and respect.
