Our beautiful nephew Jake, words couldn’t possibly explain the hole you’ve left in our hearts. The kindest, most affectionate and beautiful soul there ever was and I had the absolute honour of being your Auntie for 10 years. We’ll love and miss you forever, but I know your Grandad Steve has been waiting for a big Jakey cuddle.
‘I wish you were here, but you’re there and there doesn’t know how lucky it is’.

So very sorry to hear of your sad loss. I didn’t know Jake but always looked forward to all your lovely family photos on Facebook via Jon. Such a happy, devoted & loving family. My thoughts are with you all and I’m sending you all so much love x
Great Auntie Kath & Great Uncle Chris
Christine & Jon, there are no words as your hearts are broken. Jake was one in a million! A fab Big Brother to Tom & Dan. Always smiling or laughing, or up to mischief, asking us if we were ok, did we want a coffee( which he invariably drank!) and making us watch Liverpool FC or Big Blue Bear on TV.
We love you Jakey now and forever more, you were our first born great nephew, our shining star.Rest in peace handsome boy xx

Dear Jake, a wonderful kind soul who loved life and won everyone over with his beaming smile and
hugs.
I remember Jake’s first day at Lyndale School, he arrived with confidence and his cheeky smile that would brighten everyday. He loved life and tackled all challenges with enthusiasm. He lived life to the full and touched so many peoples hearts, he will be sadly missed but always remembered and never forgotten.
Such happy memories which we will treasure forever.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Chrissy, Jon, Thomas and Daniel and all the family.
Rest in peace, Jake. XXXX

Mainly directed at Pete, but also to the rest of Jake’s family. So sorry to learn of your tragic news from Anne, my heart goes out to you. Losing a child is absolutely heartbreaking and just plain wrong. Much love to you all. Cherish the happy times it makes the dark days lighter.

Thinking about you Chrissie, Jon and the boys.
We will never forget our Mr Fletch.
He had a massive personality and even bigger hugs.
He had quite a few sayings, my favourites being “home to Momma” and “two goals”.
I loved our chats about his beloved Liverpool. He would often talk about Tom and Dan and their bikes.
We would tease Gill and Jill as they are both Everton fans.
I will miss Jake’s big hugs and his massive mischievous grin. I often had to turn away and laugh to myself when Fletch would mess with the white board in class and change it to something he wanted to watch.
Jake was a massive personality and presence around school and will be missed by a lot of people.
I will remember him fondly with his massive mischievous smile.
You will Never Walk Alone and will always Ride Shotgun Xxxx

Oh Jakey! I still can’t believe it! Your cheeky mischievous grin could light up any room! It was always so hard to be annoyed when you were being a little monkey, I often had to turn away and have a little giggle! I will never forget you drawing all over the calm room floor with chalk or hearing the door alarm at 6am on residential and coming out of my room to you at your door with your big cheeky smile, I don’t do mornings but that was definitely one way to make sure I did! You are missed by so many and will always be loved. You’ve left a big hole in all of our hearts. You were a massive part of our school community.
You’ll never walk alone Jakey ❤️
Thoughts and love are with Chrissy, Jon, Dan & Tom and the rest of the family ❤️
