I am blessed to have called you my Auntie, my children are blessed to have called you Auntie and you were a blessing in all of our lives. Thank you for helping us achieve dreams in only a way that you could, you treated me like a daughter and Ste and the kids like they were your very own.
You will never be far from our thoughts as you have touched so much of our lives in so many ways and we are forever grateful.
You have loved and are loved by us all. Take care of Grandma and Paul, save me some gravy.

Sandra Connolly

Diane is the Greek name for Warrior. You were a fighter Di, you fought this illness long and hard. Up with the angels now where you can be pain free at last. You will be so missed by all who knew you. Lots of love beautiful lady and God bless.

Di was a friend and colleague for more years than I care to remember. Di is at peace now and hopefully re-united with Paul.  I have lovely memories of the years we worked together and am remembering happier days at this very sad time.  My thoughts are with Colin.  Rest in peace Di. X

Colin Wardale

It was my very good fortune to meet Di in 1987 when she joined HD and to work with her for the next 28 years. She was a consummate professional at all times and a true friend. Colin and all the family must be so proud of who she was and what she achieved in her life. At what is a very sad time the memories of what fun she was to be with still shine through and hopefully make us all smile.

Di was a lovely lady with a wicked sense of humour. I worked with her for many years at HD. I joined as a female partner and Di genuinley looked out for me and we shared many a good gossip and a laugh. I am sure she brought fun and laughter to all her family and many friends. Rest in peace x

Pete and Annie

Di, it is nearly time to say goodbye. It’s going to be a sad day tomorrow. But we wish you farewell onto your next journey. May you rest in peace Di but when you see your mum, please pass on my fondest wishes and give her a big hug and kiss from me.
Sleep well Di.
Love
Pete and Annie xx

Colin

So the time has come to say goodbye. The past two years have been a terribly sad time for you Di and will always be etched in my memory, but before all that, there were much happier times. Lots of them! I’m going to miss those happy times, the stories and the adventures.
We were always close and knew exactly what the other was thinking.
Rest in peace Di, it’s the least you deserve. And goodbyes are not forever xx
