How lucky was I to have such a kind and beautiful Godmother. Auntie Chris was one of my driving inspirations in becoming a teacher and I had the pleasure of seeing her teach her little people on a placement back in 1988. 32 years later and I definitely made the right choice to follow in her footsteps. Her light shines within those she loved forever x

Chris Cade was my brother’s mother-in-law and was wonderful to me. I was invited to stay at Mike and Chris’ place in Provence during the summer holidays when Nick, Jenny, Ben and then Nicole were staying. I have a great memories of cups of tea and Chris’ homemade fruit cake in the afternoon, then G&Ts in the evening before dinner on the terrasse looking over the swimming pool. Wonderful times! Chris was a true lady with a heart of gold. A great Mum and a great friend to those who knew her.
