Dad I came to see you again today. How do I say goodbye to my hero, best friend, and endless source of knowledge. If ever I needed help or an answer to any question or problem I had all I had to do was ask you and without fail you had the answer every time. You were the quiz night king on many an occasion and very few stood a chance against you. My very own walking encyclopedia. No matter what, whether I was right or wrong you have always been there for me helped me through every aspect of my life. You have been a huge influence and a part of everything I have done and become. I have so many wonderful memories and will treasure every Dad joke that made me both cringe and laugh at the same time. I am sure some of my friends remember them too on our rides to school accompanied by your Jazz music and you musically vocalizing the best you could in a Scat Singing kind of way. I love you so much Dad and I am simply lost without you. You fought so hard to stay with us so rest peacefully now and I will forever hold you in my heart.
