Barbara was a very special and much-loved friend, who it has been my privilege to know for almost forty years. She was kind and generous in so many ways but not least in the time she gave to other people – she always put others before herself. We will miss her and will be sustained by the many happy shared memories, particularly the laughter, as we grieve.
